Sharing and exporting
The Share tab is for getting a map to other people: on screen, in the mobile app, or on paper.
Who can see and edit it
Section titled “Who can see and edit it”Share map opens Share this map. Save the map first: it has no link until then.
If you can edit the whole map and you’re in edit mode, you can choose:
- Who can see it on the web: Only me, My team or Anyone with the link. A map anyone can see can also be listed on the home page.
- Who can edit: anyone, or the people and teams you add.
- Mobile app (map owners): whether the map shows in the Blue Light Maps app by default, whether app users can edit it, and which sharing groups it’s shared with.
Otherwise, choose Change who can see it to switch to edit mode first.
